Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of the congress registration or other items in the registration form and request for refund must be received in writing by the SIL2004 Congress Secretariat by the dates specified. Refunds on the registration are applicable as follows:

If partial refunds are necessary (e.g. if an accompanying person's tour is fully booked or cancelled) and/or an extra amount is still owed by a participant, the SIL2004 Congress Secretariat will handle these payments during the Congress. Payments to the SIL2004 Congress Secretariat on-site can be made either in cash in Euros or as a VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD payment.
