Deadline for registration is June 30, 2005 and deadline for early registration is May 31, 2005.

Payment

The Bilingual 2005 Congress Secretariat handles congress registrations. All payments for the Bilingual 2005 Congress Secretariat must be in euros (EUR) and made either by

 The fee for registered participants and degree students includes:

• Attendance at Plenary Sessions, Workshops, Reception of the University of Helsinki and Reception of the City of Helsinki
• Refreshments during breaks
• Information material

The fee for participants and degree students does not include the Conducted Tour at Suomenlinna.

The fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Attendance at the Reception of the University of Helsinki and the Reception of the City of Helsinki

The fee for accompanying persons does not include attendance to the scientific sessions or the Conducted Tour at Suomenlinna.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of the congress registration or other items in the registration form and request for refund must be received in writing by the BILINGUAL2005 Congress Secretariat by the dates specified. Refunds on the registration are applicable as follows:

If partial refunds are necessary (e.g. if an accompanying person's tour is fully booked or cancelled) and/or an extra amount is still owed by a participant, the BILINGUAL2005 Congress Secretariat will handle these payments during the Congress. Payments to the BILINGUAL2005 Congress Secretariat on-site can be made either in cash in Euros or as a VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD payment.
