City Reception

Sunday 8th August at 7 pm

City Reception, open to both delegates and accompanying persons, will be held in the Forest Hall of the Sibelius Hall, by Lake Vesijärvi. The Reception is hosted by the City of Lahti.

Informal Reception

Monday 9th August at 7.30 pm

An Informal Reception, open to both delegates and accompanying persons, will be held in the SIL Tent.

Banquet

Thursday 12th August at 8 pm

Dinner will take place in the Forest Hall of the Sibelius Hall by Lake Vesijärvi. There will be bus transportation from the centre of the city to the Sibelius Hall and back.
